Avery took a great nap after church and a little lunch on Easter Sunday. I forgot to mention a funny story in the previous post. After church service on Easter, Trey and I went to get Avery from the crawlers room. When we got to her room, she was trying to kiss a little boy. Avery has learned to give kisses in the last month and she does it with her mouth wide open. Sometimes it looks like she is trying to take a bite, but still so cute. It was funny, we and the other adults got a good laugh from it. Daddy better watch out cause he might have to give Avery the no kissing boys talk soon!
Late in the afternoon, we had Pap, Grammy, Pepaw, Uncle Ian, Aunt Robyn and Winston over for Easter dinner. Avery got some more Easter goodies and enjoyed all the company. The weather was so great, we were able to enjoy our yummy meal outside on the new deck.
Avery showed everyone how she can stand up and move all over the house on her own.
Avery got a DVD that mommy use to watch all the time as a little girl..."Follow that Bird"
She loves her Uncle Ian and had fun watching the Masters with all the men.
After dinner, she went for some rides in her car. Easter was a great day and a special first Easter with Avery. We are very grateful and appreciative for all the wonderful people in our lives.
