Excuse me for the delay in this post, we have had a busy schedule and some computer glitches. On December 29th, we had an appointment/ultrasound in which we found out that baby King is a girl! She is healthy and growing on schedule for her June 3rd due date.

After the appointment and making calls/texts to our family and friends, I headed downtown Raleigh to The Cupcake Shoppe. They have so many delicious and fun cupcakes. I picked up some yummy treats with "It's a Girl" displayed to take to my nieces, who were anxiously awaiting our big news about baby King.
Madison and Samantha were very excited about the addition of another girl to our family. Samantha even said that she would change diapers since baby King was a girl. Alexis was really hoping for a boy, but she is still excited about her new cousin!
Now we need to decide on a name for this precious girl and start getting her room ready for her debut in June. Easier said then done!
